小型旋挖钻机液压系统故障分析及排除方法-打桩

液压系统相当于人体的血液循环系统,对于的正常运转有着不可替代的作用。机手要有一定的维修保养知识,同时还要在开工前仔细检查机器的运行情况,及时了解机器液压系统的异常:  

  (1)检查动臂油缸的内漏情况。最简单的方法是把动臂升起,看其是否有明显的自由下降。若下落明显则拆卸油缸检查,密封圈如已磨损应予更换。
   
   (2)检查操纵阀。首先清洗安全阀,检查阀芯是否磨损,如磨损应更换。安全阀安装后若仍无变
   化,再检查操纵阀阀芯磨损情况,其间隙使用限度一般为0.06MM,磨损严重应更换。
   
   (3)测量液压泵的压力。若压力偏低,则进行调整,加压力仍调不上去,则说明液压泵严重磨损.
   
   一般来说,造成动臂带载不能提升的主要原因为:
   
   A、液压泵严重磨损。在低速运转时泵内泄漏严重;高速运转时,泵压力稍有提高,但由于泵的磨损及内泄,容积效率显著下降,很难达到额定压力。液压泵长时间工作又加剧了磨损,油温升高,由此造成液压元件磨损及密封件的老化、损坏,丧失密封能力,液压油变质,最后导致故障发生。
   
   B、液压元件选型不合理。动臂油缸规格为70/40非标准系列,密封件亦为非标准件,制造成本高
   且密封件更换不便。动臂油缸缸径小,势必使系统调定压力高。
   
   C、液压系统设计不合理。操纵阀与全液压转向器为单泵串联,安全阀调定压力分16MPA,而液压泵
   的额定工作压力也为16MPA。液压泵经常在满负载或长时间超负荷(高压)情况下工作,并且系统有液力冲击,液压油受污染,加剧液压泵磨损,以致液压泵泵壳炸裂。
   
    在使用过程中还应注意正确的保养与维护,定期过滤液压油,保持液压油的清洁度, 加强日常检查和维护。
    工程机械上的液压元件很多,需要充足的液压油。当液压油因使用时间过长变质而需要更换时,有人错误地认为,只需将液压邮箱内的油放光、加满新的液压油即可。但此时液压油管和液控阀中还有残留有许多旧液压油,设备使用时新旧油混合使用会加快新油变质的速度。

   因此,要想马儿跑的快,就要让马儿多吃草,还要吃好草。所有,机器的正常的维护保养必不可少。

   B、液壓元件選型不合理。動臂油缸規格為70/40非標準系列,密封件亦為非標準件,制造成本高 

   且密封件更換不便。動臂油缸缸徑小,勢必使系統調定壓力高。   

   C、液壓系統設計不合理。操縱閥與全液壓轉向器為單泵串聯,安全閥調定壓力分16MPA,而液壓泵 

   的額定工作壓力也為16MPA。液壓泵經常在滿負載或長時間超負荷(高壓)情況下工作,並且系統有液力沖擊,液壓油受汙染,加劇液壓泵磨損,以致液壓泵泵殼炸裂。 

   在使用過程中還應註意正確的保養與維護,定期過濾液壓油,保持液壓油的清潔度, 加強日常檢查和維護。 

    工程機械上的液壓元件很多,需要充足的液壓油。當液壓油因使用時間過長變質而需要更換時,有人錯誤地認為,只需將液壓郵箱內的油放光、加滿新的液壓油即可。但此時液壓油管和液控閥中還有殘留有許多舊液壓油,設備使用時新舊油混合使用會加快新油變質的速度。

   因此,要想馬兒跑的快,就要讓馬兒多吃草,還要吃好草。所有,機器的正常的維護保養必不可少。

The long-term operation of the hydraulic pump aggravates the wear and the oil temperature rises, which causes the wear of the hydraulic components and the aging and damage of the seals, the loss of the sealing ability, the deterioration of the hydraulic oil, and finally the failure.

B. the selection of hydraulic components is unreasonable. Boom cylinder specification is 70 / 40 non-standard series, seal is also non-standard, high manufacturing cost

And the replacement of seal is inconvenient. The small bore of boom cylinder will make the system set pressure high.

C. The design of hydraulic system is unreasonable. The control valve and the full hydraulic steering gear are in series with a single pump, and the set pressure of the safety valve is 16MPa, while the hydraulic pump

The rated working pressure is also 16MPa. The hydraulic pump often works under the condition of full load or long-term overload (high pressure), and the system has hydraulic impact, the hydraulic oil is polluted, which aggravates the wear of the hydraulic pump, so that the pump shell of the hydraulic pump bursts.

In the process of using, we should also pay attention to the correct maintenance, filter the hydraulic oil regularly, keep the cleanliness of the hydraulic oil, and strengthen the daily inspection and maintenance.

There are many hydraulic components in construction machinery, which need enough hydraulic oil. When the hydraulic oil needs to be replaced due to the long-term deterioration, some people mistakenly think that only the oil in the hydraulic mailbox needs to be drained and filled with new hydraulic oil. However, there are still many old hydraulic oil in the hydraulic oil pipe and hydraulic control valve at this time. When the equipment is used, the mixing of new and old oil will accelerate the deterioration of new oil.
